Staff

Customer service is CHME’s top priority. In order to support its commitment to put patients first, CHME has built a team of experts to address all patient needs. All staff receives extensive and ongoing training to make sure that they are able to deliver the best possible service. Key staff includes:

  • Assistive Technology Practitioners (ATP) who evaluate patients and make recommendations for seating and mobility products
  • Respiratory therapists who provide ventilator care
  • Licensed vocational nurse who collaborates with the home health nurses to care for our negative pressure wound therapy patients
  • Registered dietitian to assess our patients’ complex enteral needs
  • Technical department managers who oversee the technical staff to insure repairs, assemblies and deliveries are completed successfully as well as handle incoming and outgoing shipments
  • Patient equipment technicians who assemble equipment, repair equipment, assess equipment for repairs as well as deliver and adjust new equipment
  • Operations managers who oversee the scheduling, documentation and flow of the equipment orders
  • Service and repair coordinators who communicate with referral sources and patients as well as coordinate appointments and handle incoming and outgoing documentation
  • Reimbursement patient billing representatives who can handle all insurance and patient billing
